A Social Enterprise of Disabled „Statybu Techniniai Sprendimai“ Ltd. is a qualified company operating in the construction and building maintenance areas. The company carries out construction (construction, renovation and repair) work and provides construction management and building maintenance services, conducts energy audits of buildings and provides related advices.
The company currently employs 18 different work places for disabled people. The main clients of the company are the municipal budgetary institutions, legal and physical sectors.
We perform these tasks and provide services:
CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR.
Company carries out the construction works of various purposes buildings and engineering systems which belong to the specific works:
• land works (clearing of construction site`s relief; excavation and backfilling of foundations, pits, trenches);
• construction and installation of building construction (concrete, metal, wood, masonry);
• roofing;
• finishing works;
• the internal and external water supply; sewage disposal;
• heating;
• ventilation;
• cleaning services.
The company is certified to perform the construction works mentioned above (certificate no. 5984).
CLEANING AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
• after-construction and after-repairing cleaning;
• general cleaning;
• cleaning services by other agreement;
• environmental clearing;
• different works of planting and supervision.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
Company provides construction management services:
• client representation in relation with contractors;
• the organization of meetings and recording;
• the monthly project performance reporting;
• organization of outsourcing competitions, offers analysis, comparison and evaluation;
• client representation in negotiations with contractors;
• general coordination of the construction works;
• management of duration, amount, cost, quality;
• installation and maintenance of the construction site exploitation;
• transfer of the building to the client;
• commission`s work organization for acceptance of the building to be valid for use and participation in commission`s work;
• management of the warranty period;
• and other.
GEODETIC WORKS.
• land (cadastral) geodesic measurements;
• topographical plans;
• geodesic photos of engineering systems;
• marking the limits of the buildings, engineering systems, streets in the locality.
MAINTENANCE OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.
The company provides building construction and maintenance services, which include:
• verification that the construction works are carried out in accordance with the building project;
• control of products and the quality of the facilities used at the time of construction and not allow to use them if they do not comply with the building project, normative technical documentation of the construction, normative safety and requirements of construction, as well if products supporting documents are notprovided;
• check the quality of construction works and the extent, to inform the builder (customer) about constructions work which do not meet requirements of building`s normative quality;
• inspect and accept the hidden construction works and hidden construction structures, to participate in testing and validation of appropriate use of engineering systems, equipment, constructions,
• together with the construction contractor to develop an appropriate recognition of the use of static documents and participate in recognizing the right to use the building;
• to perform the manager`s functions to coordinate general construction works,to coordinate special construction works,technical maintenance.
BUILDING ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION.
This is a regulated process during which building`s energy is determined; energetic performance of the building is evaluated, and building is assigned to one of the 7 energy efficiency classes A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and certificate of building`s energy performance is issued.
ENERGY CONSUMPTION AUDIT.
It is a systematic procedure during which information about a building or group of buildings, industrial processes and (or) equipment and services in the private or public sector and energy resources, by which energy savings opportunities are identified and quantified and the results are reported. The building`s energy audits are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
